Chimichurri Chicken

Chimichurri sauce is a simple way to upgrade your chicken and make dinner exciting. You can sautee this on a frying pan or put it on the grill – both methods work great, so you can enjoy Chicken with Chimichurri all year long.

500 g chicken

Marinade

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour over 500 g of chicken in a bowl or in a ziploc bag.
  3. Refrigerate and let marinate at least 3 hours before cooking.
  4. Grill, pan-fry, air-fry, or bake!

Chicken and marinades can all be frozen for up to several months. Be sure to thaw completely before cooking.
