Kale Apple Salad

Instructions

  1. Remove the thick stems and chop the kale into bite size pieces.​​
  2. Combine the kale, green apple and boiled egg in a bowl. ​
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing together the olive oil, lemon juice and mustard.​
  4. Add the dressing to the salad and enjoy!
